Give your views on new Local Transport Strategy
North Lanarkshire Council have launched a public consultation on maintaining and improving transport systems across North Lanarkshire.
A draft Local Transport Strategy, supporting documents and survey are available online at Shaping North Lanarkshire's Transport Future | North Lanarkshire Council until 8 February 2026.
Paper copies of the survey and the draft strategy are also available at local libraries.
The first stage consultation was carried out between November 2024 and February 2025, with the feedback used to create the draft strategy which outlines the council’s vision, objectives and plans for developing connected transport solutions over the next ten years.
