The bureau will close for the festive period on Tuesday 23 December 2025 at 12noon; services will resume on Wednesday 5 January 2026 at 9.30am.
*To arrange an appointment, please telephone the bureau on (01236) 754109. Other than Wednesday and Thursday (between 9.30am and 12.30pm) face to face advice is only available by prior appointment. Please note that assistance to complete certain forms is by prior appointment.
