When do the clocks go back?

It's nearly that time of year...clocks change this Sunday!
The change happens at 02:00 British Summer Time (BST) on 26 October in the UK.
This will mark the end of BST and daylight saving and a return to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
We will stay on GMT until 1am on Sunday 29 March 2026 when clocks leap forward an hour.
