Other than Wednesday's (9.30am to 12.30pm) our drop-in service remains suspended, with face to face advice available by prior appointment only. Please note that assistance to complete forms is by prior appointment only. To arrange a face to face appointment, please telephone the bureau on (01236) 754109. We are continuing to provide advice and assistance by telephone, email and through our local and national websites.
