Sexual Health Week 2025

Sexual Health Week 2025

15th September 2025

Sexual Health Week 2025 runs from 15–21 September, and this year’s theme is “Chronically Online”.

The campaign explores how our digital lives shape attitudes and behaviours around sex, relationships, consent, and wellbeing. It’s a timely opportunity to reflect on how online spaces influence self-esteem, boundaries, misinformation, understanding of contraception and access to sexual health support.

NHS Lanarkshire would like to highlight a live online session hosted by Brook on Monday 15th September, which will delve into the theme and offer insights for professionals working with communities. You can register and find more details here

Whilst this session is targeted to a young person demographic, there will be key learning opportunities for professionals. There will also be a webinar taking place during the week on digital sexual health services, details of this are still to be confirmed.

Sexual Health Week is a national opportunity to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and promote access to inclusive, evidence-based sexual health information.  It encourages open conversations and supports communities to make informed choices about their health and relationships.
