The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisation (SCVO) has published its manifesto for May’s upcoming Scottish Parliamentary elections, setting out the important role the community and third sector play in our society.
The focus is on delivering fairer funding, creating a partnership of equals between sectors, commissioning with communities, modernising regulation, securing volunteering, and amplifying the voice of the sector.
