Mr Gilbert Cox CVO MBE JP

We are deeply saddened by the passing of our former Chairperson and Past President, Gibby Cox CVO MBE JP.

Gibby was a tireless champion for local people. His warmth, integrity and unwavering commitment shaped our bureau for many years, leaving a lasting and positive impact on countless lives across Airdrie and Lanarkshire.

The bureau is profoundly grateful for his dedication and the legacy he leaves behind. He will be remembered with great respect and deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Our heartfelt condolences go to his family, friends and all who held him dear.
